Blackbook Ink was approached by Athletes Authority, a newly opened gym in Pymble, NSW, to create customized gym graffiti art. With a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional training facility and fostering a sense of culture and community, Athletes Authority desired a gym environment that reflected these values. In response to the client’s brief, our team at Blackbook Ink devised a design that incorporated their logo and the word “Authority” on two of the walls. These elements serve to reinforce Athletes Authority’s brand identity and create a visually cohesive space that represents their commitment to excellence. Additionally, on the third wall, the client requested the depiction of Milo of Croton, an ancient Greek wrestler and athlete known for his remarkable strength and endurance. This choice pays homage to Milo’s story and serves as a source of inspiration for gym-goers, reminding them of the potential within themselves to achieve greatness.
